That's why every appointment here starts the same way. Before any bleach, Renato looks at three things: the structure of your hair and everything it has been through, your skin tone, and the moment you're living. Only then does he choose the technique. It sounds like a detail, but it's what keeps your blonde beautiful long after your trip.
What we do
Blonde highlights: fine, natural highlights, with or without a soft root.
Balayage: a softer, sun-kissed spread of light.
Platinum and pearl blonde: for those who want their lightest blonde, done with care.
Face-framing highlights: light around the face, without lightening all of your hair.
Brunette highlights (known in Brazil as "morena iluminada"): light and movement while keeping a dark base.
Color correction: brassy, orange or patchy blonde, or old highlights that don't match.

Free strand test before bleaching
Before any highlights, Renato does a strand test: a single strand, to see how your hair reacts to lightener. It's free.
If your hair passes, we book your highlights. If it doesn't, we don't take the risk: first comes a hair care plan of four sessions or more to rebuild its structure, then a new test, and only then the blonde. Your hair's health comes first.

The salon is inside the Copamall Gallery (Condomínio Edifício Apart Hotel), the gallery with the Lugano café, on the 3rd floor, the same floor as the Detran office and the GT gym. There's an escalator and paid parking.
The gallery has two entrances: Rua Barata Ribeiro, 370 and Rua Siqueira Campos, 50, between Rua República do Peru and Rua Paula Freitas, a few blocks from Copacabana beach. On the 3rd floor, look for store 324.

Yes. We reply to WhatsApp messages in English any day of the week, and English-speaking service in the salon is available Thursday to Saturday. On other days, the appointment is in Portuguese.
How long does a highlights appointment take?
Usually 3 to 5 hours, depending on your hair length, the technique and the condition of your hair. Color corrections may need more than one session.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we work by appointment only. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know your travel dates, ideally before you arrive in Rio.
How much does it cost?
Every blonde is planned after the hair assessment, so we send you the price on WhatsApp once we've seen photos of your hair and your inspiration.
